Why there is no banner
Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications requires your consent before a site stores information on your device or reads information already there. This site does neither. It has no session cookie, because it has no login and no basket; it stores no preference, because the interface has no setting to remember; and it runs no measurement script.
A consent banner in that situation would be asking permission for something that never happens. It would also be doing real harm — a population trained to click "accept" on reflex is worse at protecting itself when a banner actually matters.
What the site does load
Everything comes from dualsoftwaresro.com: the HTML, the stylesheet, the JavaScript bundle and the web fonts. There are no third-party requests at all — no font CDN, no analytics endpoint, no tag manager, no chat widget, no map or video embed. Loading a page of this site contacts no company other than us and whoever hosts the site.
You can check this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab and reload. Every request should be to this domain. If you ever see one that is not, please tell us at privacy@dualsoftwaresro.com — that would be a bug.
Server logs
The web server records ordinary access logs — address, time, URL, status, user-agent — for security and diagnostics. That is not storage on your device and needs no consent, but it is processing of personal data, and it is described in the Privacy Policy along with everything else.
If this changes
If we ever add something that stores state in your browser, this page will be updated before it ships and, where consent is legally required, it will be asked for properly — up front, refusable, and as easy to withdraw as to give.
That is not just an intention. The table above is checked automatically every time the site is released: if the published code contains a known analytics or advertising endpoint while this page says it does not, the release fails and the change never reaches the site. The page and the code cannot drift apart.
