Hand over and take back
Entitlement documents, images and asset records are handed to you. Replaced equipment is collected and documented under Act No. 542/2020 Coll.

The software side of this business is where a supplier can quietly cost a customer a great deal of money — an unbundled OEM key or a volume licence split outside its agreement looks identical on an invoice and fails at the first audit. So the position here is narrow and stated in writing:
- New licences only, from authorised European distribution.
- The vendor’s own licence terms, passed through unchanged.
- Subscriptions provisioned into your tenant, registered to your organisation.
- Entitlement documentation supplied with delivery, so a true-up has evidence behind it.
- No second-hand keys, no OEM licences separated from their hardware, no split volume keys.

- There is no basket and no checkout. The site collects enquiries; orders are placed against a written quotation and invoiced. No card or bank details are ever requested here.

- No prices are published, because a published price is one we would have to honour regardless of what availability and volume do between now and delivery.

- No stock levels are shown. Availability is confirmed line by line in the quotation, against real distribution stock on the day.

- No manufacturer logos and no partner tiers, because DUAL Software s.r.o. does not claim authorised-reseller status with any manufacturer. Manufacturers are named in the quotation.

Straight answers
Does DUAL Software s.r.o. sell to businesses only?
Both. The catalogue and the configurator are built around business supply — fleets, licences and infrastructure — but consumers can buy too, and consumers keep their full statutory rights under Czech law, including the 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts and the two-year conformity period.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Because a price published on a page is one the company has to honour, and hardware and licence pricing moves with availability, configuration and volume. Prices, models and availability are given in a written quotation, which is the point at which they become binding.
Which manufacturers do you supply?
Manufacturer names are not published on this site because doing so would imply an authorised reseller or partner status. The manufacturer and exact model for every line are named in the quotation, where they can be committed to contractually.
Where do the software licences come from?
New licences from authorised European distribution, supplied under the vendor’s own licence terms and registered to your organisation. We do not trade in second-hand keys, in OEM licences unbundled from the hardware they were sold with, or in volume keys split outside their agreement.
